Hornby 0 gauge wagons (freight cars) may be sub divided. No. 0 and 1 wagons are standard four wheelers, whereas No. 2 are eight wheeled or, in UK terms, bogie vehicles. No. 50 wagons are post war No. 1 wagons with extra detail, and can be easily recognised by the polished brake lever and finer buffers. The M0 and M1 Series (No 20 and No 30 post war) are the cheaper (and slightly smaller) end of the range. Hornby also produced a modest range of freight (and passenger) cars for the US market.
