Roy Fearn is an art teacher who produced overlays for Hornby vehicles and, late 1990s, complete ready to run vehicles with his overlays attached to original Hornby No 1 and No 2 coaches, and wagons. The original images were hand painted by Roy, then copied for the overlays. The masters for the Sentinel Steam Railmotor were transferred to HRCA parts manufacturer Maurice Pilworth in 2007 (see below). Maurice Pilsworth passed away 2023. Roy Fearn overlays are now availabe from well known UK spares suppliers Bruce Palmer and John Davies.
