The gondola illustrated below is built of steel (not tinplate) approximately 1.5 mm in thickness weighing in at 12oz. It is wide/standard gauge at 2-1/8 inches at the tread. The wheels have almost certainly been changed, and are pressed two piece steel with a hole punched (perhaps for use on a locomotive for side rods) within the spokes. It is 7-3/8 inches in length, 2-7/8 inches in width and 2-7/8 inches in height from bottom of wheel flange. Green in color. Couplers are stamped steel Joy Line in style, with tab and hole (not slot). The body is 3 piece, two sides and a single pressed piece for the floor and ends, bent and punched with tabs to fit the two sides.
