Art Weinman of Rochester NJ produced a replica of Lionel's first 0 gauge steam locomotive in 1953. The loco was a copy of Lionel's 710, produced in 1915 when Lionel entered the 0 gauge market, following Ives who launched their 0 gauge line 1n 1910. Mr weinman produced locomotives and rolling stock from the 1930s, through to the 1950s or possibly 1960s, in both 0 and Standard gauge.
