Toby Toy (Marx/Guiterman)
The first toy illustrated is a channel toy railway, clearly marked A Toby Toy Made in Gt Britain, which may indicate a Marx connection. Prior to WWII, Marx toys were made in Dudley, Worcestershire, and marked Made in England. Post war production was in Swansea, and were marked Made in Gt Britain, rather than Made in Wales.

Toby Toys (Metal Pressings Ltd)
According to Michael Foster's British Toy Trains, Book 4, the Toby Railways (one of the many Toby Toys) set illustrated below uses the same tooling as that previously used by Baxtoy, with the suggestion that Metal Pressings Ltd purchased the tools and stock of Baxtoys to introduce their Toby Railways range.

The set below, whilst not directly attributed to Toby Railways or Toby Toys, seems to have much in common, and is perhaps an earlier set by the same manufacturer.
