An unusual freight wagon noticed as an eBay listing. At first glance, not dissimilar to KTM of the 1950s/60s, of tin construction with no decoration other than printing on the sides and below. All parts, including the couplings, are painted, the only exception being the wheels and axles. The wheel hangers are soldered to the sole bars, somewhat crudely. A Google search for the name confirms Thái Hưng Thinh does exist, in Vietnam, and has done so since 1997, manufacturing lamp posts, traffic lights etc. However, the company was previously a private enterprise, so could conceivably have manufactured almost anything.
