Bob Stevenson began purchasing vintage tooling in 1999, and in the following year established Stevenson Preservation Lines as a supplier of kits and parts using tooling and methods from major producers of the past, including Baldwin Model Locomotive Works, Henry Pearce, Rollin Lobaugh, Hines Lines, Alexander and others.
