Spiewa was a Swiss manufacturer of 0 scale locomotives, which were supplied to others, for completion. Bodies were supplied to HAG, Seiler, Keizer and possibly Resal. Spiewa SBB RE 4/4 bodies were supplied with SBB CFF and Gotthard cast on the sides. HAG and Keiser are known to have removed the Gotthard detail, which was replaced with Winterthur lettering. Spiewa loco bodies were also available as blanks via model shops, for completion by the purchaser.
