William Rissmann was a producer of tin toys in Nuremberg, including floor toys and 0 gauge train sets. between 1908 and 1914. A 28mm gauge rack railway is known, together with other general tin toys. The 0 gauge railway set pieces are sometimes marked WR or WiRi, but are frequently unmarked.
