Merkur tinplate track is fully compatible with traditional track manufactured by Hornby, Lionel, Marklin and countless others. All curved track is 22.5 degrees, i.e. sixteen to a circle, in radii of 625, 760 and 900mm. A standard length of straight track is 300mm, with various lengths from 55mm to 900mm, together with turnouts (points, switches) in three radii to match the curved track.
