These pages include Hornby US outline models made in Elizabeth New Jersey USA and Binns Road Liverpool, England. Models made in the USA are marked as such, and fitted with tab and slot couplers as standard. Following the closure of the US factory, all parts including litho sheets were shipped to Binns Road, where models were assembled with UK couplings, and sold with the standard UK range of models, any Made in USA markings being painted out. Litho sheets printed at Binns Road show standard UK trademarks. Some early production was supplied in shiny orange not red boxes.
