Joe Fisher was a prolific builder of 0 scale passenger cars, believed to have produced some 3,000 models during a 40 year career. The cars were built using wood for roofs and floors, with Walthers cast ends. Sides were constructed using Strathmore artist board, and interiors were fully fitted. A two part article in Model Railroader magazine (1949) illustrates cars and technique.
