Very little appears to be known about EMGEE, the name clearly stamped on the wooden station below. One other station is known, although finished in blue rather than green. The railings appear to made from stamping cast offs, and the roof is sheet metal. The building marked Stationmaster may have contained batteries to power the roof mounted light bulb. The name Emgee may suggest a proprietor with the initials MG. Time period very likely immediately post war when many cottage industries prospered in Australia while overseas industries were struggling to recover from the war, and exports to Australia and New Zealand were non existant.
