Auto Pilen was a Spanish manufacturer formed by Enrique and Pilar Climent in 1962, initially producing toy guns and later die cast road vehicles, the company closing in 1983. Pilen is known to have produced models using older tooling or copying other products, including Dinky, Corgi, Solido, Mebetoys, Tekno, Politoys and possibly Mercury. Dinky tooling was from the French Dinky factory, and it is ex Dinky models for which Pilen is perhaps best known.
