Arthur Hayes formed the Kansas Toy and Novelty Co in 1923, producing slush mould toys until the company was purchased by Ralstoy, circa 1938/39. The range included motor cars, racing cars, trucks, buses, traction engines, tractors, agricultural implements and aeroplanes.
