I know absolutely nothing about Cameo. British? American? Probably no connection to Cameo Dolls, or Cameo Parkway? The box illustrated below appears to bear the price 13/6 (thirteen shillings and six pence) which suggests it was originally sold in the UK, although could have been manufactured anywhere.
