Gebr. Staiger were clockmakers who, following WWII, expanded to produce toys, particularly a construction toy not unlike the Marklin system, together with a miniature railway system, both offered using the Mignon name. The railway was an early N Gauge toy, using then new plastic moulding, 10mm gauge track and a scale of 1:140. Production was circa 1947-51.
