Londex were manufacturers of a wide range of electrical equipment, including Relays, Contactors, Process Timers, Liquid and Solid Level Control Equipment, Flow Indicators, Photo-electric Equipment, Street Lighting Control, Counters, Pressure and Vacuum Switches, Electronic Equipment, Time Switches, Display Turntables, from before the Second World War. Londex was absorbed by Elliott Automation in 1962, then GEC in 1967 and subsequently Cambridge Instruments, 1983. At some point, Londex produced what appears to be a model railway controller.
